Detroit Guitar Master Reveals Secrets that Allow Players to Learn Guitar Fast

MT. Clemens, MI, November 29, 2011 – RockStar Academy announced today the release of its “Learn to Burn Fast” StringSlinger Secrets DVD Video Series, a program designed to speed up the pace at which aspiring guitarists master the guitar.

Dem Miller, also known as Detroit Dem, has played in bands that have opened for the likes of Seether, Saliva, Red, Tantric, Tesla, Vince Neal, Tap Root, Bad Company, Great White, Dokken, and others.  He has taught hundreds of students over the past 10 years, and he has now decided to apply his guitar knowledge for the benefit of would-be players.  “There’s an easier way to learn guitar fast,” says Dem. “Conventional texts would have students repeat the same musical scales over and over, leading to frustration and boredom. I have created StringSlinger to accelerate the process and restore the fun that comes with playing. It really teaches one how to learn guitar quickly.”

The “StringSlinger Secrets” System allows players to learn and dominate the fretboard, and it includes Dexterity Exercises, Fretboard Domination, Working with Rhythm, Moveable Shapes, Explaining Modes, and more.  Players can memorize and play the pentatonic positions, as well as modal positions, in any mode and any key, and move fluently up and down the neck of the guitar.  By following this structured, logical approach, Detroit Dem estimates the time to guitar mastery to be 3 to 5 times faster than with conventional methods.

This course also contains DVDs on Chords/Tunings, Riffs/Rhythms, and a free bonus program entitled “Song Series #1,” which covers 10 great songs spanning 5 decades.  This program is not for absolute beginners, but works well for those guitar players who know some chords and scales. Mr. Miller has provided a pathway that cuts out unnecessary waste when learning to play – a program that serves as a great starting point in quickly mastering the guitar. Learning that might cost $2,000 in private lessons can be purchased for about $100.
